The Reostat plant is a modern socially oriented enterprise, the priorities of which are taking care of comfortable and safe working conditions, developing corporate culture and maintaining team cohesion.

As part of the creation of a comfortable working environment, a program is being implemented to renovate the premises and the surrounding area, equip sanitary areas and organize hot meals for employees.

The enterprise has its own medical center, equipped with everything necessary for emergency care, treatment rooms and physiotherapy equipment. Medical examinations are organized annually, as well as professional examinations for workers whose work is associated with harmful conditions. During the growth of seasonal colds, vaccination is carried out.

To maintain the good physical shape of employees, as well as participate in various sports games, the factory sports complex operates. Its visit is completely free for factory workers.

In accordance with the Collective Agreement, there are benefits for the purchase of sanatorium vouchers to medical and recreational institutions in the Pskov region and the Black Sea coast. Benefits are also provided for children's tickets to summer camps.

As material support, employees are paid one-time bonuses for many years of service, upon retirement, at the birth of children, and others. Retired former employees of the plant receive annual assistance on the Day of the Elderly.

Various cultural events are organized for employees - sightseeing trips, visits to theaters and museums, intra-corporate holidays and prize draws.
