Code of business partnership

The Code applies to all divisions of Reostat Plant LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

1. PRINCIPLES OF WORK OF PLANT REOSTAT LLC:

• In our relations with our partners, we intend to apply fair, open and ethical methods of cooperation.

• We respectfully communicate with customers and suppliers of the Company.

• We carry out our work, observing safety and health standards, and strive to prevent environmental pollution.

• We provide our customers with only truthful information about products, services and prices, and also do not make false statements about competitors' products and services.

• We ensure the protection of private and personal information about our employees, partners, customers and comply with our obligations to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the requirements established by applicable law.

• We strive to keep agreements. If we cannot fulfill our promises on time, we notify our colleagues and partners about this in a timely manner and offer possible solutions.

• We do not accept insults and humiliation of employees and partners in any form, namely, incorrect, offensive, rude, degrading statements, the use of psychological pressure.

• We do not accept corruption. If you become aware of any manifestations of corruption in the Company, please inform us immediately.

• We do not accept or offer gifts, favors, favors, or offers of entertainment that put or could put the recipient in a dependent position.

• We strive to avoid potentially conflict situations, including those in which an employee of the Company carries out paid activities in favor of customers, suppliers, competitors or other persons.

2. INTENTIONS OF ZAVOD REOSTAT LLC WHEN INTERACTION WITH PARTNERS:

• Avoid cases of corruption.

• Fulfill agreements.

• Carry out operations in an open and professional manner.

• Inform the employees of the Company about the principles of this Code.

3. OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM PARTNERS:

 For the purpose of effective cooperation and its compliance with the values ​​of the Company, we expect the following from our partners:

• Avoid cases of corruption.

• Compliance with safe working conditions and ensuring environmental protection when working on the territory of the Company, as well as when employees of the Company work on the territory of partner enterprises, including:

  • compliance with the norms and rules of industrial safety and labor protection;

  • prevention of accidents and prevention of injury to employees;

  • rejection of the presence at production sites of people in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication.

• Compliance with the obligations assumed and the agreements reached.

• Carrying out business transactions with LLC «Plant Reostat» is open and at a high professional level.

• Informing employees interacting with LLC «Plant Reostat» about the principles of this Code.
